Sausage

We sell over 100 varieties of tasty sausages. Our experienced butchers, John Shelton and  John Godber have risen to the challenge of becoming our expert sausage makers. They both have many years experience within the industry and enjoy experimenting with different combinations and trying new recipes. We use our own ingredients from the Farm Shop, making our sausages by hand, using traditional methods.   The favourites include our butchers pride and joy, the traditional plain pork and the herby, regional Lincolnshire.
